Why this exists
You’re doing work that matters, and the people who’ve experienced it know it. But knowing what to fix online — versus what to leave alone, versus what to build from scratch — isn’t something you should have to guess at, or take on faith from whoever you hire next.
What it actually is
This is a focused, paid session — not a sales call — where we look at where you are right now against the S.T.A.R. Cycle: what you’re currently signaling, whether it builds trust, whether it’s reaching the people already looking for exactly what you do, and whether it turns a visit into an ongoing relationship.
We look at your current site, your presence, and what’s actually getting in the way — plainly, without jargon, and without assuming the fix is a full rebuild just because that’s what I do.
Why it’s where every project starts
I don’t start a website build without one of these first — and you shouldn’t want me to. A build is a real investment of time and money on both sides. This session means neither of us is guessing: you’ll know exactly what you need before you commit to anything bigger, and if a full build genuinely isn’t the right next step for you, you’ll hear that too.
